ID Verification
In light of the current environment in which credit card fraud is prevalent, we are implementing stricter measures to verify credit card payments.
Subsequent to making a purchase, identity verification will be required. We will call you via FaceTime to verify the identification of the cardholder, by confirming the last four digits and the name associated with the payment card.
If you proceed with credit card payment and subsequently refuse to undergo the ID verification process or fail to prove the identity of the cardholder, a cancellation fee will be imposed as follows:
- Visa or Mastercard purchases: 1.7% of purchase price
- American Express purchases: 2.7% of purchase price
If you do not want to proceed with credit card payment there are other payment options available to you such as bank transfer, or come in store to make in person purchase with cash or eftpos payments.
