Here’s what you can expect:

  • Scheduling the Verification Call: In the next two business days, one of our dedicated sales representatives will reach out to you via text message to coordinate a convenient time for a brief Facetime/Video identity verification call.
  • Quick and Convenient Call: The verification call is designed to be efficient and will occur on weekdays between 10AM and 5PM AEST. Our representative will guide you through the process step by step.
  • Identity Verification Steps: During the call, we kindly request your cooperation in verifying your identity. This entails displaying your ID, confirming the last four digits of the payment card used, and verifying the associated cardholder name. Please rest assured that we treat your privacy with utmost importance – none of this information is recorded or stored.
  • Our Security Measures: The identity verification procedure has been implemented to safeguard both your interests and ours. By ensuring secure transactions, we collectively contribute to preventing fraudulent activities.
  • Refund Policy: Should you opt not to complete the ID verification process after making your online purchase, please be aware that your order will be fully refunded. However, a minor fee will be deducted to cover the card processing charges. The fee percentages are as follows:
    • Visa or Mastercard purchases: 1.7% of the purchase price
    • American Express purchases: 2.7% of the purchase price

ID Verification

In light of the current environment in which credit card fraud is prevalent, we are implementing stricter measures to verify credit card payments.

Subsequent to making a purchase, identity verification will be required. We will call you via FaceTime to verify the identification of the cardholder, by confirming the last four digits and the name associated with the payment card.

If you proceed with credit card payment and subsequently refuse to undergo the ID verification process or fail to prove the identity of the cardholder, a cancellation fee will be imposed as follows:

  • Visa or Mastercard purchases: 1.7% of purchase price
  • American Express purchases: 2.7% of purchase price

If you do not want to proceed with credit card payment there are other payment options available to you such as bank transfer, or come in store to make in person purchase with cash or eftpos payments.

By proceeding with any online purchase from us, you confirm that you consent to our ID verification procedure following payment for your purchase.
